A Gorakhpur developer you can walk in and meet
We sell plots, and we try to make the process easy to understand.
Plots, explained properly
B.D. Developer LLP (Brijesh Durgesh Developer) is a real estate developer based at Rai Complex, Transport Nagar, Gorakhpur. We develop and sell plots for families who want to build a home and for buyers who see land as a long-term investment.
Our approach is simple. Show the land, explain the documents, answer every question and let the buyer decide. Our office is open every day from 9 AM to 9 PM, so you never have to wait for a weekday to speak to us.
Three promises to every buyer
Clarity
You see the site, the price and the documents before you commit. If something is unclear, we say so.
Fairness
No pressure and no surprises. We want buyers who are comfortable with their decision.
Support
From the first visit to registry, the same team is a phone call away.
